I wanted to write you and thank you for making me feel beautiful again. After spending the past two years in hair extension hell, (in both Miami and Los Angeles) I can confidently say that I have found the absolute most brilliant, talented, caring, and passionate hair extensions expert out there! It has only been four days since you have done my extensions and color and I am in love! They even get better everyday! Seriously...I have washed my hair twice with the amazing shampoo and conditioner products you gave me as part of my package (thank you, I LOVE them!), and I don't have to do ANYTHING to my hair for it to look FABULOUS. They have texture out here by the beach so I get that long haired, beach girl, free and beautiful look without having to spend hours in the mirror doing my hair, willing to settle for the minimum. It is so nice to love the way I look again and to feel like "me," without having to work so hard at it!

I had been to TOP celebrity salons and spent thousands of dollars on all types, methods, and brands of hair extensions. From fusion, glue, sewn in wefts, and clip in's, I had seen, done, and paid for it all! The worst part is, that these top salons were killing my natural hair. I had bald spots and had to chop my hair to my chin because it was all different lengths after the extensions pulled my real hair out! My head always hurt and I had headaches from the heaviness and weight of the extensions.

Then I met YOU! Diane! You have been doing and loving hair for almost 40 years and owned two salons. You are constantly traveling and attending top industry conferences so it was no surprise that you knew EVERYTHING about hair extensions. I knew I was in good hands because of your wealth of knowledge, credibility, experience, and expertise. I was blown away when you introduced me to the most up to date and latest hair extensions technology/product available on the market. INVISIBLE HAIR EXTENSIONS are officially the BEST extensions I have ever had. My boyfriend even loves it (and he is not usually a fan) because now he can run his fingers through my hair and rub my head without feeling all the bumps he used to! I can actually BRUSH my hair like a normal person, where as before it never really felt brushed because if I accidentally brushed too hard I would lose the extensions! Now, with the magic you performed on my hair, I can swim, run, put it back, style it, etc., and it looks and feels like my own hair! It is so light that I forget I even have extensions in!

Oh, and the beautiful color you gave me (a deep red/burgundy) has people literally stopping me on the streets to tell me how they "love my color!!!"

Diane, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your incredible work. I have never met a hair specialist as talented and amazing as you are. It is clear how passionate you are about your work and I only wish there were more of you out there! I was so cynical about hair extensions after my horrible experiences, and you showed me how hair can be fun again. You cared about the health of my hair and I can already tell that your hair extensions are going to ensure that my hair remains healthy and continues to grow. It also meant a lot to me that you provided such high level, flawless work for such an affordable price. NO ONE can compete with your pricing for such HIGH QUALITY work.

I just want to thank you for really profesionalism and kindness. It is pretty amazing how you could tell (whitout me saying) about my preferences. I am usually very skeptical when it comes to my hair, but you gain my trust! I absolutely LOOVVVE my hairdo! I love the fact that my head feels sooo light without the bulky sew- in braids. After my consultation, I didn't feel aprehensive one bit. You are very nice and pleasant. You experience and knowledge speak for themselves!

I've already thanked you a trillion times but feel at least one (or two...or three or four) more "thank you's" are in order because this is hands-down and easily the best head of hair I have EVER had--and I have been using hair extensions on and off for chunks at a time since 2001. And in all that time I have never once walked out of the salon looking and feeling like I could go right out to the club with my hair just the way it is. I would usually hide for the two days until I could wash it and curl it--strategically--to hide the fact that I was wearing extensions. Since I do not wear a full head it takes artistry and craftsmanship on the part of the stylist to place them in such a way as to make this natural look possible; a feat that only you have achieved. The placement, the color, the cut--pure genius. I feel so fortunate to have found you not only for the wonderful person you are and the very special friend you have become, but for the unmatched aesthetic integrity in your work. I also feel very lucky to find such a someone who also has their studio stocked with hair and guarantees their work and treats it like art (because it is) and is thus eagerly invested and involved in the process and encourages coming back for little adjustments until it is perfect. Only a person of the highest integrity is that dedicated not only their craft but the happiness of the client. Because let's face it, when it comes to appearances what makes us feel more beautiful than great hair? And you are the person who makes us feel beautiful! And that is how I feel right now. I cannot stop playing with this gorgeous mane of hair! No matter what I do to it it looks great! Even I can't mess it up! I never wear my hair any other way but down because there was never enough of it to fill out a great updo, now there is. I feel beautiful...and free! No more three-hour curling iron sessions...unless I want to, of course, ..but I no longer have to. You are a true genius!

However to meet a woman as special and wonderful as yourself that is also extremely talented and dedicated to her profession is a gift from god.
